- Return Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Personalized, customized, or final sale items are not eligible for returns unless defective.

- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided for approved returns.
- Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.

- Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned items.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges
- Exchanges are handled as returns followed by a new purchase. Direct exchanges are not offered.
